HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Your order will be dispatched within 5 - 10 business days from purchase, unless further notified. Delivery times vary and all orders are shipped by Australia Post. CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BOW FALLS APART?
We guarantee our products 100%. If your order arrives damaged or falls apart, please contact us so we can replace it.

WILL THERE BE COLOUR VARIATIONS IN MY BOWS? 
Colours may appear slightly different on my website, to the actual product, due to different screen resolutions. 

WHAT AGE ARE MY BOWS APPROPRIATE FOR?
Our bows are available on our super soft 'one size fits all' headband that leave no dents and grows with you little one, or our alligator clips which are best when your little one has hair.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
If you want a specific size bow for your little one, please contact us as we can do custom orders.

CAN MY CHILD WEAR THE BOWS WHILE THEY ARE SLEEPING?
We strongly advise to not allow your child to sleep while wearing a sweet pea and co bow. Please always supervise under 3 years old whilst wearing headbands. While we go to great measures to ensure our products are safe, children should never be left wearing a headband unsupervised.
